In tribute to the newly announced line-up for the Mercedes F1 team in 2022, I decided to do a quick graphic! Using Affinity tools, I wanted to convey the drama that is sure to unfold next year. I made sure to use Lewis’s signature purple alongside the blues that George is associated with, particularly with his move from Williams.

This underwent quite a few edits, even after initial posting on social media accounts – from this I know I am still developing a critical eye for small errors that can make a big difference to the composition.

With two extremely talented drivers on the team next year, I am excited to see these two British athletes race alongside each other.
